Turnaround Times

Getting your next tradeshow display to you when and where you need it is our priority! See our carefully laid out turnaround time policies below and contact us at 1-888-334-7469 or sales@everythingdisplays.com for additional help planning your next shipment.

Our standard Turnaround Time policy is in by 2pm and ready by 6pm in the warehouse location closest to your shipping destination. What this means is that your order will be ready to either ship out or pick-up by 6pm on the last business day of the printing turnaround time that you have selected.

Business days are Monday - Friday, Holidays, Saturday & Sunday do not count when calculating turnaround.

  • Lead times listed above are for production time only and do not include shipping lead time which is shown at checkout



  • Turnaround does not begin until acceptable artwork has been provided with an official order.



  • All turnaround times are based on Everything Displays receiving your art in print-ready form without any changes required.
  • Any orders requiring our design staff to either layout or assist in artwork will add to turnaround time
  • Please note that if we are unable to print your files because they are not made to our file requirements your ship date may be pushed back or additional rush charges may be incurred to keep your ship date.



  • Eproofs are scheduled to arrive within 24 -48 hours of your art and order submission and immediate approval will be needed to keep your ship date. Please check your email frequently during this window of time.
  • Eproofs must be approved "as is" to keep your ship date. Although we will make best efforts to accommodate art changes, any change, even small, made after rush eproofs are submitted, will jeopardize your ship date. Check with us on your specific job to see if art changes will be possible.
  • All rush order eproofs will be sent to the art contact specified on the art submission form. We will also make best efforts to call you when your eproof arrives but this service is not guaranteed.



  • Please choose the shipping method of your choice based on your product's shipping destination found on the product page under features.
  • All checkout shipping arrival dates are estimates and Everything Displays is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers once your job leaves our warehouse. If you are not clear on our turnaround options please contact us at 1-888-334-7469 so that a sales representative can provide you with further information.



  • Our turnaround is guaranteed. The remedy for failing to meet a deadline is limited to an upgraded shipping method or a courtesy rush on your next order. Any additional refunds will be given at our discretion.
  • Due to the nature of our turnaround policy, cancellation of a rush order or rush service, after it has been submitted, is not allowed under any circumstances.
  • Everything Displays is in no way responsible for shipment delays caused by incorrectly submitted art files, delayed eproof approvals, shipping carrier delays, or unplaced orders.
