How Does the Order Process Work?

When you place an order for a product, the process will differ whether you are purchasing a display, renting a display or purchasing an item with or without graphics.  

How the Order Process Works When Purchasing a Product:

When you purchase a product you will go through these steps:

  1. Place your order  - you place your order by sending an order form in via email or fax, or by placing the order over our website
  2. Send Artwork - you send in your artwork according to specs and then wait for approval. 
  3. Receive Proof - once artwork is approved a graphic proof is sent to you
  4. Approve Proof - you look at your graphic proof and approve if to your liking
  5. Graphics printed and product manufactured and packed
  6. Product and graphics shipped
  7. Receive product

How the Order Process Works When Renting a Product: 

  1. Place your order  - you place your order by sending an order form in via email or fax, or by placing the order over our website
  2. Send Artwork - you send in your artwork according to specs and then wait for approval. 
  3. Receive Proof - once artwork is approved a graphic proof is sent to you
  4. Approve Proof - you look at your graphic proof and approve if to your liking
  5. Graphics printed and display is manufactured and packed
  6. Product and graphics shipped
  7. Receive product
  8. Use product for duration of show
  9. At end of show arrange for pickup and return of product with us
  10. Product ships back to our facility.
