Graphics Guidelines & Submission Requirements For All Table Coverings With Graphics
***The Following Criteria are Mandatory Requirements for Graphics Submission. Files will not be accepted if they do not meet the following guidelines
Acceptable File Formats:
For Silk Screen and Rapid Print Graphics:
- IBM compatible vector file format. Acceptable formats include:
- Corel Draw 12 or under (.CDR format, vector only)
- Adobe Illustrator (.AI or .EPS format)
- Note: Raster / bitmap .EPS files may be accepted for dye sub printing, but not for silk screening or quick print.
For Full Color Dye Sub Graphics and Full Color Vinyl Applique Graphics:
- All above formats
- Acceptable raster formats: .PSD, .EPS, .PDF, .JPG, .TIF, .BMP
Graphic Setup Guidelines:
- Convert all fonts to outlines (in the case of vector files) or flatten (for raster files).
- Pantone Matching System (PMS) color must be provided for ink match (applies to screen printing only).
- Select up to four PMS ink colors (applies to screen printing only).
- No gradients or half tones (applies to screen printing and quick print/heat transfer only).
- Raster files should be setup at 300 pixels per inch for best quality (applies to full color printing only).
- Maximum image size:
- Screen Printing (mega print 1-4 color): 48" wide x 20" high.
- Heat Transfer (quick print 1-2 color): 48" wide x 13" high.
- Dye Sub (full color): 72"w x 30"h (for 6' table covers), 84"w x 30"h (for 8' table covers).
- Vinyl Applique (full color): 48"w x 15"h.
- Graphics must be submitted as per Everything Displays requirements in their finalized form. Due to the extremely high demand for table covers, and to ensure prompt turnaround on projects, Everything Displays does not currently offer graphic editing services on any table cover graphics.

- If your graphics file is under 4 MB's, you may email it to graphics@everythingdisplays.com being sure to CC: the email to your sales representative with EverythingDisplays.com
- If your graphics file is equal to or exceeds 4 MB's, it must be submitted on a CD-ROM and mailed to:

- Please note the following for all graphics submissions - you must include your company name and order # with the submitted file (your sales representative will give you your order # when the order is placed).
Lead Time:
- Screen Printing (mega print 1-4 color): Allow 10 to 15 business days to ship once you have confirmed proofs
- Rapid Print (heat transfer 1-2 color): Allow 10 business days to ship once you have confirmed proofs
- Dye Sub / Vinyl Applique (full color): Allow 10-13 business days to ship once you have confirmed proofs
Proofing:

Soft copy proof (email proof): no charge
- Color test proof (client’s request): $40 plus shipping costs
- Color test proof (factory request): no charge*
- ***Please Note: A color test proof is a printed sample that is a physical representation of the finished product. Client’s may request one at $40. Sometimes the factory will do a color test proof to make sure that colors match the client’s specified pantones. If the Everything Displays factory decides to do this, it is at no charge to the client.
